Generally we do not pay performance artists. We understand that compensation is deserved and necessary. Promoters and bookers are free to collect a cover charge which they can use to pay the performers. Killer's does not share in this money nor will we provide a door person to collect money.
We have the following items available for you to use during the show:
12 Channel Peavy PA with 2 large speakers and 4 monitors
3 microphones and 3 boom style mic stands
We do not supply a full time sound person. We will assist with sound checks before each performer.
An indoor stage with LED stage lights.
An outdoor stage (must be done playing outside by 10 pm because of the city noise ordinance.)
Outdoor stage must be requested 1 week ahead of event and a $50 set up fee for the sound system and lighting.
Days Available to Book:
Sunday (Shows must start by 7pm and be done by 10:30)
Monday (Shows must start by 8pm and be done by 11pm)
Tuesday (not available, Weekly Open Mic for Music)
Wednesday (Shows must start by 8pm and be done by 11pm)
Thursday (not available, Weekly Open Mic for Comedy)
Friday (Shows must start by 8pm and be done by midnight)
Saturday (Shows must start by 8pm and be done by midnight)
Killer's Tacos is a Restaurant and not a night club. We can sell beer and ciders but we do not have a liquor license to sell shots or mixed drinks. We can not sell any alcohol past 12 midnight.
Load in time is 1 hour before show time. Sound check no more than 15 minutes before showtime.
Load out needs to be finished within 30 minutes after show end.
No food or drinks are allowed to be brought onto Killer's premises. Violators, including bands, promoters, etc. will be ejected. Friday and Saturday night shows may require a $100 non-refundable booking fee which pays for a security guard before, during and after the show.
